What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of live cultures, we do not offer returns or refunds. We do offer replacements under certain circumstances and orders can be refunded if cancelled before shipping. Please see the Store Policy page for more details.
How do I grow my own mushrooms?
The journey to learning how to grow mushrooms has many different paths. There are major considerations that will alter how you decide to grow gourmet species- time, funds, space, and climate.
We recommend researching general techniques about growing mushrooms such as agar work, liquid cultures, spawn, substrate, and fruiting. We hope to build a permeant page with more detailed instructions on the website in the future. Until then our Ready-To-Fruit kits come with instructions for that kit and we are happy to discuss and answer some general questions and point customers in the right direction for information.
